If you don't understand Chinese, perhaps you will find it very hard to use Chinese software. In fact, it's not really hard for you to use certain software which is actually full of icons. All software in the world seem to use similar icons to represent a command. For example, back curved arrow is used for Undo. No matter how the look of the arrow, or what the color is, Undo icon is always that shape.
There's a Chinese Photo Editor which is actually quite easy to use eventhough you don't understand Chinese at all. It's "Meitu XiuXiu". This program is a free program. You can download it at: http://xiuxiu.meitu.com/
You probably found that this program very useful for editing photos of close-up, or for digital make-up. But in fact, it's also useful for editing landscape photos. All basic components of Photoshop are there. But it's easier, faster, and more powerful than Photoshop in certain ways. I don't think you know how to use Photoshop without basic tutorial, but I think you can use this Mei Tu Xiu Xiu, even if you don't know Chinese at all. But of course you need to have basic computer knowledge, especially about icons.
You can still learn how to use Meitu Xiuxiu by reading or watching the tutorial on Meitu website. There are tutorial in pictures and also tutorial videos. Just watch and follow the instructions although you don't understand Chinese.
